I honestly don’t even have the words to describe how grateful and emotional I feel right now. This journey meant so much to me, and winning made it worth the efforts❤️

From every single vote, every kind comment, every person who shared our posts, came to support us, believed in us, and cheered us on — THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. You have no idea how much your support meant to me and to all of us at Shawkat’s Mediterranean Restaurant.

It’s been a little while since we last posted, and we’re excited to share what’s cooking this week! Come enjoy our homemade vegan specials, made with love and full of flavor:

🍔 Vegan Burger – House-made with portobello mushroom, black beans, and broccoli. Served with your choice of fries, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes.

🥧 Vegan Pot Pie – A warm and comforting vegetable pot pie, inspired by the classic chicken pot pie.

🥙 Vegan Doner Kebab – Made from two kinds of lentils, served with fresh vegetables and creamy vegan tzatziki.

What makes our dishes truly special?
Everything is made from scratch with love — especially our cheeses. From the creamy cheesecake fillings to our signature house-made vegan mozzarella used in the lasagna, every element is crafted in our kitchen.

Our Lasagna Garden Mosaic is a celebration of vegetables and flavor: layered eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, assorted peppers, squash, and roasted tomatoes, all brought together with a rich marinara sauce made completely from scratch and finished with our homemade vegan mozzarella 💚

✨ Starting this Monday, we’re introducing a brand new vegan menu for the next round of the challenge!
