Dear friends,
We have some news to share about Prism.
This Sunday, August 23, will be our final day of regular café service for a while.
After a very full few years and an especially busy season, we’re taking a pause from public hours to recalibrate, travel, gather inspiration, and thoughtfully consider what the next chapter of Prism will look like.
This isn’t goodbye. And Prism isn’t disappearing.
There’s still quite a bit of cooking ahead.
ONE LAST SUMMER WEEK
We’re cooking through the beautiful things in our kitchen and making some fun specials along the way:
Wednesday: Fried Chicken Chili Oil Sando
Thursday: Salsa Verde Chicken Enchiladas • Stewed Black Beans
Friday: Mediterranean Omega Pasta Salad
All Week: Blueberry Heaven Smoothie • Local Yogurt + Rich Chocolate Sorbet
And we’ll finish it all with Sunday Brunch.
Come have lunch, order a special, bring a friend, take something home, or join us Sunday. We’d love to see you before we take a break.
And please visit + support our friends at CHOP Grocer in Owen Park!
We also have exciting pop-up collaborations in the works, giving us a chance to keep cooking, gathering, and bringing Prism into some new spaces. Old Dog + Prism incoming. More soon.
After that, Aimee will be traveling for a few weeks to cook, eat, learn, and gather inspiration, returning to Tulsa around October 15.
For now, we’re intentionally leaving what comes next open.
Prism may return to regular café service. It may return looking a little different. Or this pause may lead us toward something entirely new.
Prism has always been more than daily café service. It’s dinners, farmers, classes, celebrations, collaborations, experiments, and people gathered around a table. That part of Prism isn’t going anywhere.
To everyone who has eaten here, brought friends, bought dinner tickets, trusted us with celebrations, ordered catering, supported our farmers, or simply kept walking through our doors: thank you.
But first—come eat with us this week.
Our final regular service will be Sunday Brunch. Let’s make it a good one.
With love + gratitude,
Aimee + Prism
