We make our own sausage with the left over trim off of the prime Creekstone Farms briskets we use which gives our sausage a delicious buttery texture full of flavor in every bite! We have a jalapeño and Gouda sausage, a poblano and Gouda sausage, and a regular sausage. You can order 6 for $26 or 12 for $50!

We’re making some changes to our menu and adding a few things for our next pop up at Mother Road Market in the Takeover Cafe! We will offer our hot Cheetos street corn along with our original street corn, we will also have Mac and cheese and Mac bowls with your choice of chopped brisket, pulled pork, or sliced poblano and gouda sausage 🤤 come try it out June 10th at Mother Road Market!!
