The most common question we get asked is, "What's your favorite?". Well...I'm a chocolate gal, and I don't do it often, but, if I'm going to grab a scoop, it's usually Chipped Chocolate. It's the first ice cream I ever made when I was living in Chicago. It was truly a moment of, "I want chocolate. Wait! Let me put more chocolate in it!". And, I had to be bougie about it so...Ghirardelli chocolate it is. Nobody's mad.

Barbie called and she said, "Hey, girl! You wanna make me an ice cream?". And I said, "Haaaaaay! How about a strawberry, vanilla, and blueberry one? What should we call it?". And she was all like, "Bar-berry Delight!". And I was all like, "YAS! Should we call Skipper?". And she said, "Hell, no."

See you at the re-opening of the tomorrow from 3-5:30!

It's not strawberry season, but when Barbie calls and asks you to do a special ice cream flavor just for her, you answer the call. 👀
