All right y'all barbecue fans out there, it's getting warm! This time of year I am usually planning our BBQ Chef Salads... however, the last two years they have not sold very well at all. If you've tried them (or even if you haven't) chime in ... Try them again? What would you change? Something else for the summer season instead?

💧 Water System Update – Repairs Complete, Conservation Still Needed

Good news.

Repairs at Duck River Utility Commission are now complete, and water is being restored to our system.

That said, we are not out of the woods yet.

While supply has resumed, our water tanks were heavily relied upon during the outage. Over the next several hours, our focus is on refilling storage and stabilizing system pressure. This is a critical period, and conservation still matters.

We are asking everyone to remain vigilant and continue reducing non-essential water use tonight. The more we conserve now, the faster our tanks recover and the stronger the system stabilizes.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to our TUA crews who assisted with the repairs. They stepped up, supported our supplier, and represented Tullahoma with professionalism and grit. I’m incredibly proud of this team.

We’ll continue monitoring tank levels and system performance closely and will update you as needed.

Update: We are going to close at 1:00 pm. We miss y'all, but I am proud that everyone is staying home safe!

**Friday 1/23/2026... We are open regular hours!
**Saturday 1/24/2026... TBD ... As of now we're looking to be here 10:30-2:00, BUT if it's already coming down heavy in the morning we may not be here. Or we may close earlier.

If you want BBQ this weekend, come on by today! Any changes will be posted on our page as decisions are made!

If you've been by to see us this week since we opened back up after our winter break, you've already seen that there are a few small changes to the menu for the new year. This is probably the biggest change!
