This summer, Eden Cafe is hosting three intimate prix fixe dinners, each one crafted to slow the pace and bring people together around a table worth lingering at.

Le menu is $90 per person and includes three courses:

To start: Planche de Charcuterie, Escargots de Bourgogne, or Rillettes de Poulet with Salade Verte

For your entrée: Beef Bourguignon with black truffle mashed potatoes, Seared Duck Breast with cognac peppercorn sauce, or Pan Seared Salmon over rice pilaf with hollandaise

To finish: Mousse au Chocolat Noir or Crème Brûlée à la Vanille

Dinners are held on June 19, July 17, and August 7 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM.

Mimi came from France with a dream and a heart full of hope. Marc followed, and together they built a life - and eventually, a cafe - rooted in gratitude for the freedom this country offers.

Today we remember that freedom was never free. It was paid for by men and women who gave everything so that people like us could walk through open doors, start something from nothing, and serve our community with love.

We are French. We are American. We are dreamers who found a country that said yes. And every morning we open these doors, it is because someone, somewhere, fought for us to do so freely.

To every fallen hero - thank you. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
