This was definitely not how I thought 2026 was going to go, but change is part of life, and after careful consideration {and a s**t load of tears… seriously so many prayers and so much ugly crying} we have made the decision to close The Jackalope Coffee Haus and our last day will be June 18.

Owning this little coffee shop has brought us so many wonderful customers, conversations, and memories and we are so very grateful for every person who chose to support us over the past 4 years.

While Jackalope Coffee will be closing, {SADNESS} we’re excited for what’s ahead for Blanco Creek Collective {HOPEFUL} and look forward to continuing to serve our community in new ways.

Please join us during our final weeks as we celebrate the memories we’ve made together and serve up your favorite drinks one last time.
