My apologies for not posting more frequent updates on the coffee trailer. Life has been a little hectic lately BUT my very skillful, loving hubby has been hard at work!! We are closer to finished. 🎉🎊

I received some WONDERFUL news today!!! 🥳🎊🪇

My coffee trailer plans for Carmen, have been APPROVED!!!!!

So far, all the work we've done is good-to-go!! We can now focus on the plumbing and electrical. We wanted to be 100% certain we have it right, so we waited for the plans to be approved before we started on those two projects.

We anticipate having it all knocked out within the next two months!! Then it'll be time to meet my inspector for the FINAL PHYSICAL INSPECTION! Carmen will pass with flying colors. 😁

Now, I really didn't want to launch in the hot weather months, but it's OK...better REALLY late than never! LOL

Now to get crackin! 😹😽

Update in the trailer plans:

The plans have been submitted. FINALLY!!

However, I have a few corrections to make and more info to provide to the County. Soooo, I'm trying to get that knocked out. Hopefully they'll be approved and we can finish up the trailer!

Next: Build a coffee cart for indoor or backyard venues. 😁
