Aloha Tucson! The numbers don't lie – You guys and gals love our Kalua Pork! We get a lot of orders for our smokey, savory pulled pork as part of our plate lunches or combo meals but have you tried them in sandwich form? We have a Kalua Pork Sandwich that we serve with lettuce, tomato and onion and some Kalua Pork Sliders that are served pit barbecue style on Hawaiian Rolls for a little extra island love. Both of these options come with one side (classically served with French Fries) so stop by sometime and give Kalua Pork on a bun a try!

Aloha Tucson! Looking for something that tastes like home and has that rustic, filling feeling? Perhaps you'd like to try our Loco Moco! This nifty-named meal starts with a bed of our white rice and is then topped with an 8oz burger cooked to your specifications. Once we've got the base of the meal we top it with the Loco Moco signature one-two of a fried egg and a smothering of impeccable brown gravy! We can fry your egg just how you like it, and are open to modifications such as substituting brown rice or leaving your gravy on the side so you can add just as much or little as you'd like. Aloha Tucson! Craving Breakfast at lunchtime? Whereas Mama's doesn't offer waffles or bacon we do have Spam and Eggs! A bed of rice, two fried cuts of spam and two eggs served your way, this meal will wake up your taste buds if nothing else! Goes great with our Sambal-Oelek Chili Sauce or our house made Teriyaki... Or both, if you fancy! If you need some bread to help out with a couple of fried eggs we sell Hawaiian Rolls in sets of three, so we can accommodate a classic request such as this. Got a big event that you need catered? Mama's does catering! Just call in to our stores during the day and we can get you helped out over the phone in an easy step by step process. You can get almost any of your favorites on our menu and even some special items that we reserve exclusively for catering customers. We've got it all from robust meats, seafood, drinks by the gallon and of course our made-in-house desserts! Can't come and pick it up? We offer delivery services for catering to help make the process even easier for you, so you can focus on your event. **Some restrictions apply. These delicacies are packed with serious flavor from a careful sourcing of quality ribs to our longhand marinating process down to the carefully flame grilled finish that brings these candied meats to perfection. Currently we serve these as a premium entree so you can get an order with two sides or turn it into a part of a combo with another of our wonderful options to pair with them. Although you could always just get a combo of double ribs, we don't mind and you won't either!
