Beef Carne Asada, cut from our Houghton Handsome Steak, marinaded with lime juice,orange juice,soy sauce, olive oil, and Worcestershire, with minced garlic, fresh cilantro, cumin, chili powder, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Also we have Chicken Thighs Carne Asada, marinated in citrus juices, garlic,herbs and achiote.You can grill it or pan-cook it for a smoky and flavorful taste. Looking for high-quality beef? At Houghton Meat Market we got what you need. Our own Handsome Steak, an upper 2/3rd choice bottom sirloin flap meat trimmed, butterflied and lightly pounded into a steak. Next is our Rib Eye bone in or bone out. The ribeye is prized for its rich marbling, tenderness, and intense beefy flavor. How about our T Bone Steak. It has two cuts on either side the strip steak (New York Strip) and the tenderloin (Filet Mignon). Cause Houghton Meat Market high-quality and customer service is our top priority.

The Kitchen Food Truck is serving Pasta Fagioli Soup, a hearty pasta and bean soup, 16oz portion for $10 and an 8oz portion for $5. We will have it in the shop for sale, too. Our famous Manhattan Meatball Sub is made with homemade meatballs and marinara on a sub roll with mozzarella cheese for $9.99, do a combo (drink and side) add $3.00.
