The Curry Pot - Sri Lankan Fusion Foodtruck We are a unique food truck that brings you a colorful array of curries inspired by Sri Lanka

The Curry Pot is a unique food truck that brings you a colorful array of curries inspired by Sri Lanka, an Indian Ocean island influenced by the Portuguese, Dutch, British, Indian, Arab, Malay and Moor culture. Awaken your senses to the aroma of coriander, cinnamon, peppers, cloves, nutmeg, and mace. Tame the burn of curry with desserts sweetened by brown sugar and condensed milk. And finally, embark on a culinary adventure with us as we explore what happens when fiery Sri Lankan curries meet Southwestern cuisine. The Curry Pot is the brainchild of Amjaad Jhan, we will be serving our unique blend of dishes at various locations on Thursdays,Fridays and Saturdays, and we will keep you posted on our social media sites.
