Pizza is more than just a delicious food – it's a complex combination of ingredients that undergo a series of chemical reactions to create the final product. From the perfectly fermented dough and stretchiness of the mozzarella cheese to the caramelization of the toppings, the science of pizza is full of interesting and tasty chemical reactions.

With that being said Pizza GOD is always in the lab cooking. I'm not a Pizza chef I'm a Pizza Scientist!!

I introduce to you the newly created "Birria Pizza"!!
Fresh made dough, 3 cheese mozzarella blend, Birria consommé, home grown white onions, limes AND Cilantro to top it off with. You get a cup of consommé with every pizza to dip.

Alot of work was put into this and im very happy with the results.
I take my Craft serious and can't wait for you all to try this one!!
