Executive Chef Gregory Smith and non-profit Executive Director/Organic Grower Elizabeth Smith have started this business as a result of the COVID crisis we are all experiencing. After Marriott cut off all food and beverage services, Chef needed a new direction and together, this couple has made "lemonade out of lemons" quite literally.
