🚨It’s The Chinese Chorizo Project week at Ceres! 🚨

Charred Corn + Chinese Chorizo Radiatore

Semolina radiatore tossed in a sweet and creamy charred corn & lime zest sauce. Topped with more charred corn and Chinese chorizo from The Chinese Chorizo Project scallion cilantro lime drizzle, cotija and house made salsa macha. Spicy and sweet and bright and comforting.

Can be made vegetarian with mushroom Chinese chorizo 🍄

Once a year we get the opportunity to work with Feng-Feng at The Chinese Chorizo Project and create a dish that highlights the storied Chinese chorizo. If you are unfamiliar with the project, check it out!

A lot of you have been asking when we’re making our seasonal shift back to lunch service, and this year we’re trying something new…

Starting Wednesday, October 21st, Ceres will be open for BOTH lunch + dinner!

Wednesday–Saturday
🥪 Lunch: 11–3
🍝 Dinner: 5–9

Grab lunch to go, stop by for a romantic dinner date, or come see us for both!

Butter chicken rigatoni 🫚🌶️🐓🍝

Having a hard time writing a caption to convey how good this special is. It’s the best special I’ve had and I’ve never said that before 😉. Just picture the classic North Indian dish you know and love, but on top of rigatoni. Topped with green chutney, parmigiano reggiano and hot chili oil.
