If you pull up and the parking lot looks like Taylor Swift just announced a surprise concert upstairs… relax. 😂

It’s dance studio night.

WE ARE OPEN, and there’s additional parking on the OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING.

So don’t circle the lot, assume we’re slammed, and head somewhere else. Come on in. We’ve got food waiting on you.

That’s right. We cook food, cater weddings, make questionable menu names, burn a bridge or two… and apparently we build websites now.

Last week y’all showed up, ate good, kept us busy, and were patient with us while we closed Saturday to handle TWO big on-site caterings. Seriously, thank y’all. We know closing a restaurant on a Saturday is about as convenient as a screen door on a submarine, but catering is part of what keeps this little circus moving. 😂

Now we’re back, and apparently we chose violence with this week’s menus.

Lunch has Smothered Chicken, Fried Pork Chops, wings, the Swagger Bomb, and “Lettuce Talk About Your Choices.”

Not sure if it’s just because it’s something different but….. I kinda really enjoy cooking the beef wellingtons. Tonight is your last night to try one til it circles back around on menu again. We will be closed Saturday for two big caterings. Today is last day for this weeks lunch and dinner menus.

Fourth Beef Wellington ever and I’m starting to think Gordon Ramsay might need to stop by and take notes. 😂

Still tweaking it every round. Pastry, sauce, timing, all of it. I’m not interested in “good enough.” I want it stupid good.

But this one? That center understood the assignment. Just the sauce is gonna come on the side for now on. Under it made the crust soggy quick but it’s still freaking delicious. Again self taught cook over here 🤣🤷‍♂️.

Beef Wellington, mashed potatoes, scratch sauce, and absolutely zero respect for boring dinner.

Come get it while it’s on the menu. 🔥

Alright, first run of the Beef Wellington 👀

We’re not gonna pretend every dish comes out of the kitchen fully evolved on day one. We cook it, plate it, stare at it, argue with ourselves a little, then make it better.

This one? Beef was beautiful. Pastry was flaky. Mushroom duxelles did what it was supposed to do. The sauce was good, but next go we’re switching it up and putting it under it and letting that Wellington show off a little more. Not bad for a self taught cook. 🤷‍♂️

That’s how we do it around here. Cook. Taste. Tweak. Repeat.

And if the first draft looks like this… I think we’re gonna be alright. 🤌

🚨 LITTLE MONDAY & TUESDAY PSA 🚨

If you pull into the parking lot and think, “Good Lord, Redemption must be SLAMMED…” 😂

Well… maybe. But we also have a dance studio upstairs, and they have classes on Mondays and Tuesdays. So the parking lot can look packed even when we’ve still got tables waiting on you.

And yes, occasionally you may hear a little stomping, jumping, or what sounds like somebody practicing for the final round of a dance battle above your head. 💃😂

We’re OPEN. We’ve got room. The kitchen is rolling.

So don’t let the full parking lot scare you off on Mondays and Tuesdays. Honestly, those can be some of the BEST times to come grab dinner without fighting the weekend crowd.

Come eat. Let them dance upstairs. We’ll handle the food downstairs. 😂
