🚨 IT’S OFFICIAL. WE’RE APPROVED TO OPERATE. 🚨

The wait is almost over.

We’re planning to open the doors to Redemption on Monday, July 6th, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally welcome everyone into what we’ve been building.

With opening week right around the corner, we’re going to press pause on the Straight Mountain Foods trailer for a little while AFTER MONDAY JUNE 29th. We only get one chance to make a first impression, and we want to do it right. That means it’s going to be all hands on deck at the restaurant as we train our team, fine tune our systems, and make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is something we’re proud to serve.

The trailer isn’t gone. It’s just taking a short break while we get Redemption off the ground.

To everyone who’s supported us through the food trailer, catering, and now this new chapter… thank you. You’ve helped turn a dream into a reality.

July 6th can’t get here fast enough.

We’ve been asked a lot what kind of restaurant we’re going to be, and the answer is… both.

When dinner rolls around, the kitchen goes off script.

Every week you’ll find a rotating lineup of bold burgers, house-made pasta, smoked specialties, chef creations, and comfort food with a Redemption twist. The dinner menu will change weekly, so there’s always a reason to come back and try something new.

Our goal is simple…

Build a place you can count on for lunch…
And a place you can’t stop talking about after dinner.

We’re putting the finishing touches on everything now, and we can’t wait to open our doors and share what we’ve been building with the Argo and Trussville community.

1,000 FOLLOWERS.

For some pages, that’s just a number.

For us, it’s a reminder that people still believe in second chances.

A few years ago, if someone had told us we’d be opening another restaurant, we probably would’ve laughed. There were setbacks, hard lessons, long nights, and plenty of moments where quitting would’ve been easier.

But here we are.

1,000 people have chosen to follow a restaurant that hasn’t even opened its doors yet.

That means more than you know.

Redemption was never just about food. It’s about building something from the ashes, proving that setbacks don’t get the final say, and creating a place where family, friends, and great meals come together.

Thank you to every person who has followed, shared a post, told a friend, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines.

The phoenix is stretching its wings.

REDEMPTION UPDATE 🔥

We’re officially on the home stretch.

The paint is drying, equipment is being installed, recipes are being tested, and every day gets us a little closer to opening the doors.

While we don’t have an exact opening date to announce just yet, we wanted to give everyone a look at how Redemption will operate.

🕒 HOURS

Monday - Friday: 11 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

🍽️ LUNCH

From opening until 4:00 PM, we’ll feature a rotating Meat & Two / Meat & Three style menu with a Redemption twist. Expect Southern comfort food, daily specials, and plenty of dishes that remind you of Sunday dinner at Grandma’s house… if Grandma had a rebellious streak.

🌙 DINNER

At 4:00 PM each day, we’ll transition into a completely different dinner menu featuring our take on Southern Comfort Fusion. Familiar flavors, bold ideas, and a menu built to keep things interesting.

📅 MENUS CHANGE WEEKLY

Both our lunch and dinner menus will run for one week at a time and refresh every Monday. That means there will always be something new to look forward to.

Our goal with Redemption isn’t just to serve food. We want to create a place where you can stop in multiple times a week and always find something different waiting for you.

We’re incredibly excited to bring this concept to the Argo and Trussville area, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone through the doors very soon.
