There’s something about the first signs of fall in Truckee... cooler evenings, changing colors and the return of all those warm, earthy flavors we look forward to every year. 🍂

Our beets are a little taste of the season, served with a Port & Madeira vinaigrette and crispy alliums for a dish that’s bright, earthy, savory and full of texture.
