Baker Dozen I create traditional bakery goods such as cookies, cakes, brownies, multiple gluten free products, pizzas including gluten free pizza.

Since St.Louis and surrounding areas lack in offering traditional bakeries, I am taking steps to start my own from scratch. I have a degree in culinary arts, certificates in bakery and pastry and have worked in the health dept in the past so this is not your home cook start up company. I offer the same type of traditional pizzas most pizza parlors offer only my pizzas are made with quality ingredi

ents, no preservatives and I make my dough from scratch with every order. I do not offer a 30 min or less like other pizza chains but you can ask my other customers, my pizza is well worth waiting a little more than 30 min. I also offer traditional bakery goods such as brownies, cookies, cakes. I also specialize in gluten free pizzas, gluten free brownies, gluten free cakes, gluten free cookies and gluten free baked donuts. Since this is a start up business and I do my own work in my own home, If you do order any of my products I will need at least a hours advanced notice before pick up. As the months go by I will add pictures of my products as well as prices. If you live out of state I can set up mailing your goodies to your home but sadly since pizza doesn't travel well, it will only be the traditional baked goods that I can mail out.

I try to get money ( a Job) to try to get this business off the ground ( A brick and mortar place). I get a job interview, but do not get the job. The places say I'm over or under qualified for the job, or I don't have experience in cooking or baking.

To slowly get our feet off the ground we are offering our goodies to friends and family 1/2 off. First we have to figure out pricing lol. This does include mail delivery to family and friends out of state. If you order we can hash out the details lol
