Meet PROST, MORT! — our specialty Toasted Pretzel Latte, made with our house-made Toasted Pretzel Syrup for all the warm, buttery, salty-sweet goodness of a fresh pretzel… except we added espresso because obviously we have priorities. ☕️

What a night!! Huge thank you to everyone who came out, grabbed a drink, picked up a paintbrush, and made our very first Paint & Sip such a great time.

But an even bigger thank you for showing up and supporting a local artist. 🖤 Events like this are about more than painting—they’re about giving talented people in our community a place to share what they do and watching Troy show up for them.

Thank you to Becky Kindred for bringing the creativity and trusting RMC to host you! 🎨

We loved seeing the shop full of people laughing, painting, drinking coffee, and creating something together.

🚨 FRESH ROAST ALERT. 🚨

Just casually staring at 40 POUNDS of freshly roasted Mort’s Reserve like this is a completely normal amount of coffee to have lying around. ☠️☕️

Roasted right here at RMC.
Fresh. Beautiful. Slightly excessive. Exactly how Mort likes it.

Those tubs are FULL of beans that just survived the flames and are currently resting before we unleash them on Troy. 🔥

No warehouse coffee.
No mystery roast date.
Just us, our roaster, and 40 lbs of caffeinated bad decisions.
