Behind the scenes with Chef Reid Shipman and Chef Kelli Lewton. 🎥

Our team sat down with Chef Reid, our Executive Chef at Continental, for an interview and cooking demo. His background in Research & Development came through in every step as he walked us through a delicious and unique dish: Duck three ways with Duck ham, confit and crispy skin, green onion chimichurri, and Michigan wild rice (Manoomin) with butternut squash and leeks.

We couldn't resist capturing a few candid moments on set, and we're excited to share more from our VIP programming at Schoolcraft College next month.
