Lemon Dot cake recipe:
🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of flour
2 tbs sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbs soften unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs Milk
Fresh lemon
Lemon curd

Mix all ingredients and bake.
Top with Cream cheese frosting
and Yellow nonpareil sprinkles!

Sundays memories…growing up one of my fondest memories was my family taking a Sunday drive through the country, upstate NY has so many beautiful farms. I remember my dad taking us to the farm to visit my Aunt and Uncle and cousins. It was fun as a kid to milk the cows and drink the fresh milk.

I think it’s important we support our local farmers. And it’s good for kids to learn where our food comes from. As we know food doesn’t magically appear on grocery shelves.

Smaller version biscotti with same delicious flavor!
Once biscotti becomes a staple in your morning coffee, it transcends its a role as a snack and becomes a ritual. It's the bag that's always on the counter, the one you reach for before the house gets busy, the one you offer to guests, and the one you hope no one else finishes. This is why we are creating- smaller, easier to enjoy, yet still full of flavor, with options like Toasted Almond for a personal treat, Lemon Poppy for sharing with others, and Chocolate Hazelnut to be savored. These will be available in store and coming soon to our new website.
