Well my sweets, I have some really exciting news!! We bought a trailer to convert to a food service station!! So not only will I be serving my small town famous sweets, I’ll also be serving hot, savory meals out of my new food trailer soon!! We’re in the process of tearing it down to rebuild it how I’m envisioning, and I’m so excited to post my progress!! The name of my trailer is going to be Momma’s Kitchen, because you always get something yummy from Momma’s Kitchen!! Stay tuned for progress updates and pics!!

I’m doing something a little different for Fathers Day this year! I’m trying to branch off into hot food, and so I’m set up at the car wash this evening, ready to serve y’all! I’ve got nachos, shredded Chicken bbq sandwiches and pulled pork sandwiches! I also have chips and drinks! Y’all come see me!! Happy Father’s Day!!

Today about knocked me off my feet. I made over 40 giant cinnamon rolls, a beautiful strawberry cake and sopapilla cheesecake. This box here is a sample box, it’s got 3 strawberry cream cheese, 3 Oreo, 3 pecan, and 3 original cream cheese. The Oreo and pecan have pieces baked into the rolls, and that cinnamon/Oreo flavor is something to behold! This sample box starts at $40, the rolls are absolutely ginormous and great for that meeting or office pot luck!

Tragedy struck a friend of mine and a mom and dad lost 3 of their babies. Troy has been coming together to help out however we can, and today there’ll be a BBQ Benefit to help cover funeral costs. Todays order of Cinnamon Rolls might be the prettiest I’ve ever made. I bought a 9x13 pan expecting it to hold a dozen and it held 6 🥴

But they’re so fluffy and yummy! Also, peep the strawberry and pecan rolls. The strawberry is just a regular roll with strawberry cream cheese icing, and the pecan has pieces baked throughout, with pieces on top of the cream cheese icing. 😋 so yummy!!
