Stay Safe, Everyone! 🌧️❤️

Due to Hurricane Isaias making landfall and to ensure the safety of our team and wonderful customers, Rice & Broth will be closed tonight.

We plan to reopen tomorrow during our regular business hours, provided it is safe to do so.

Our community means everything to us. If you or someone you know has been affected by the storm and needs a hot meal, please reach out to us directly or stop by tomorrow—we will be providing free meals to anyone in need.

Please stay inside, stay safe, and take care of each other! We look forward to serving you all tomorrow. 🍲❤️

Ever wonder how our phở noodles are made? 🍲👇

Notice how ours are bigger than what you usually see at U.S. phở spots?

Made with just two simple ingredients—rice and water—our noodles are low-calorie, gluten-free, and healthy. Just like back in Vietnam! 🇻🇳

Watch the reel to see the secret behind how they come to life. ❤️

It’s official—Rice and Broth is open, and we can’t wait to pull up a chair for you! 🍜🌿

Ever wonder where our name comes from? It represents the foundation of everything we craft in our kitchen:

Rice forms the heart of our menu - the base of our noodles, the batter for our light, crispy pancakes, and the very rice paper wrapping our fresh spring rolls.

As for Broth? That’s our true passion. We spend hours simmering real ingredients to create deep, soul-warming, ultra-flavorful broths that transform a simple bowl of soup into something unforgettable.

We’re all about fresh, healthy eating. Every dish is balanced with vibrant, hand-picked aromatic herbs, fresh veggies, and light, nourishing ingredients that leave you feeling great.

Whether you're stopping by for a comforting bowl of noodle soup, a light and fresh lunch, or a crisp savory pancake to share, we’ve got a seat ready for you.
