🎉 Thursday, we're serving our biggest catering event to date — 450 people!

We're incredibly grateful for every customer, event organizer, and supporter who's helped us grow to this point. What started as a dream has turned into opportunities we never imagined, and we couldn't do it without this amazing community.

First thing first lunch service today 6/5 at First United Bank - Temple!! We will start slinging that BBQ at 11am and stop at sell out or 3pm so don’t miss out and come get you some!!

Hello Oliver’s BBQ Family!! We got something special for you today!! Brisket Ramen 🤤🤤🤤 A rich creamy ramen broth topped with ramen eggs and of course juicy smoked brisket!! I know I’m already drooling thinking about it!! We will be at BourbonSpeak slinging this up with our normal menu minus pulled pork starting at 12 or 12:30! Side note we have about 10 orders of this brisket ramen since this is a first time thing and wait times maybe a little longer for it so please give us some patience and grace!

I mean just look at that!! I just gotta ask why haven’t you tried Oliver’s BBQ yet? We got some of the best BBQ central Texas has to offer and we stand on that!! Don’t believe me? Come out to the First National Bank on west Adams from 11am - 2pm (yes 2 instead of 3, I’m down some workers and need more time to prep) and Neighbors on 7th from 5pm to sell out!! I promise once you try us we will be your new favorite BBQ place to go to!! We look forward to see everyone and as always do forget to come get this smoke!

Y’all showed up BIG today and we are officially SOLD OUT! We can’t thank everyone enough for all the support today. From the first order to the last tray out the window, y’all kept us rolling all day long! 🤝🍖

We truly appreciate everyone that continues to support this small family business and helps spread the word about Oliver’s BBQ. ❤️
