Jillian whipped up a batch of homemade Oatmeal Cream Pie Cookies yesterday, and they are absolutely ridiculous. Soft oatmeal cookies sandwiching a sweet, fluffy cream filling… basically everything you loved as a kid, just way better.

As per usual with all our baked goods, these are made with dairy free ingredients.
