Our June Chef Sundae collaboration with Chef Adรกn Fausto of . Chocolate soft serve layered with toasted masa pudding, strawberry-hibiscus peanut salsa macha, and a blue masa tuile made with heirloom corn from . Rich chocolate, toasted corn, bright fruit, and gentle chile come together in a sundae inspired by the flavors, traditions, and memories that shaped Chef Adรกnโs cooking.
Summer is only a few weeks away. The river is warming up, the days are stretching out, and our tropical vacation-inspired summer menu is right around the corner.
