To everyone new here, hi! We’re the Cathers ☺️Owner-operators of Beachcomber Café.

A little about us: Kasey and I had our first date at Beachcomber over a decade ago. Kasey grew up right down the road and attended Trinidad Elementary School, so Trinidad has always been home. And recently, we’ve welcomed our second daughter, Autumn (or as her big sis calls her, “Almond Joy”).

We just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all of your support as we grow this little business alongside our growing family. We feel incredibly lucky to call Trinidad home and to have such an amazing community behind us.

We 🩵 our locals - our farmers, vendors, and regulars who make this place feel like home.

This time of year gets a little crazy at the café: longer lines, slightly longer waits, and a happening buzz through our sweet town of Trinidad. It also means more fresh local produce, fun specials, and farmers market highlights from some of our favorite farms.

Thank you for sticking with us, braving the line, and stopping in for your favorites. We appreciate it more than you know! 🥰

P.S. Our online ordering is open whenever our kitchen can accommodate - making a quick coffee stop a little easier when the café is popping (link in our bio!)
