Happy Monday! Just a heads-up that Melba’s is closed today for the federal holiday. We observe all standard federal holidays so our team can get a little extra rest. We’ll be back open Thursday for normal business hours!

To our wonderful community,

We want to share an important operational update with you. Running a small local business means constantly evaluating where our time and resources are best spent so we can continue serving you for the long haul.
Based on customer foot traffic, we’ve made the decision to consolidate our schedule and transition Sundays exclusively to Brunch Hours (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM). We've also made the tough decision to close on Tuesdays going forward.

These changes allow us to focus our resources on our peak times—especially supporting the Sunday post-church crowd—and ensure our operations remain sustainable.

Our Updated Hours:
Monday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: Closed
Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday (Brunch): 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We deeply appreciate your understanding, support, and patience as we adjust. We look forward to seeing you during our open hours!

We will be closed Monday, September 7th, for Labor Day. We will be open for our normal hours on Tuesday the 8th! I hope everyone enjoys their Labor Day!
