A Message from Morgan
American Grace Cafe was born from a simple concept: bringing community together, one sip at a time.
From the very beginning, my hope was to create a space where Christ could be seen through everything we did—a space where people felt welcomed, loved, and valued.
What I didn’t know when we opened those doors was that God would use this little coffee shop in Bell, Florida to change my life in ways I never could have imagined.
AGC became part of my saving grace. God used this business to finally bring me to sobriety, and then, little by little, He used it to spread His grace and love through our staff, our customers, and everyone who walked through those doors.
I have been honored beyond words to witness people encounter God. I’ve watched people receive the Holy Spirit, surrender their lives to Christ, find community, and experience His love. I’ve watched God work through this business in ways that simply cannot be explained by anything other than Him.
And because of that, I will never look at the closing of American Grace as a failure.
I see it as the closing of a chapter that God had already written.
I believe He fulfilled what He intended to fulfill through AGC, with the people He intended to reach, in the time He intended for it to happen. His purpose for us in this place has been accomplished, and now He is calling us into something new.
I hope that as this chapter comes to a close, we can all look back and remember what AGC was truly intended to be. The intentions behind this business were always to serve, to love, to encourage, and to give back to our community.
Because it was always about more than coffee.
It was more than food.
It was a space with purpose.
As I step into a new season of life, I ask that you please pray—not only for my family, but for our staff and for every family whose lives are affected by this closure. This reaches far beyond my own family. There are people who have poured their time, energy, hearts, and lives into this place, and I want them to be covered in prayer as they navigate what comes next.
And finally, thank you.
Thank you for supporting us over these past three years. Thank you for continuously cheering us on. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your birthdays, celebrations, conversations, hard days, good days, and ordinary moments.
Thank you for welcoming us into your small community when we came in as outsiders.
Thank you for rallying around us every time a storm tried to take us out.
Thank you for believing in what we were trying to build.
And thank you for giving my family memories that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.
I don’t know exactly what this next chapter will look like yet, but I know Who is writing it.
And if there is one thing American Grace has taught me, it’s that sometimes God uses the places we think are permanent to prepare us for where He is taking us next.
So, with a grateful heart, I say thank you.
Thank you for allowing American Grace Cafe to be part of your story.
And thank you, God, for allowing us to be part of Yours.
This isn’t goodbye to everything AGC stood for.
It’s simply the end of this chapter.
