Due to the price of beef, we will not be doing brisket every week

Next Saturday will be chicken bombs

What is a chicken bomb? It’s a half of a jalapeño, seeded and stuffed with a blend of cream cheese and cheddar cheese wrapped in a chicken breast that is wrapped with bacon, all covered in BBQ sauce
