-Partnership (we take being a TEAM very seriously, everyone works together to give our guests the best experience possible)
-Support (our leadership team takes a hands-on approach, if you are in the weeds, we are wading through it with you)
-Craftsmanship (everything from the beer to the spirits to the food is made in house)
-Communication (schedules are almost always posted two weeks in advance)
-Balance (we rarely decline time off requests – we want you to enjoy life outside of work!)
-Chivalry (you get a free shift meal and drink and the only time we go halvsies is when you come in off shift)
-Financial Stability (servers and bartenders are tipped out at the end of each shift in cash)
