🔥 Pizza of the Week: The Trady Sweet! 🔥

This week's feature was created by two of our own—Brady and Travis—who put their spin on a classic sweet & sour chicken recipe. The result? A pizza that's sweet, smoky, savory, and downright delicious!

We start with a light layer of sweet & sour sauce, then top it with our house blend cheese, crispy bacon, red onion, and house-smoked chicken. After it comes out of the oven, we finish it with another drizzle of sweet & sour sauce to tie all those incredible flavors together.

A huge shoutout to Brady and Travis for dreaming up this week's feature! 👏 We love giving our team the chance to get creative, and we think they knocked this one out of the park.

🍒🍕 Pizza of the Week: The Cherry Boss 🍕

At Firebird we wanted to pay homage to the 100th Anniversary of the National Cherry Festival, we wanted to create a pizza that showcases one of Northern Michigan's most iconic flavors in a whole new way.

Inspired by one of our loyal guests, Jodie Pascal Brandt, we're proud to introduce The Cherry Boss!

We start with our homemade dough and layer it with a savory pancetta, onion, and sweet sausage base. Then we add our house-made cherry chutney, finish it with toasted Gorgonzola, and drizzle it all with a rich cherry balsamic glaze.

The result? A bold combination of sweet, savory, salty, and tangy flavors that celebrates everything we love about Cherry Festival season.

Introducing The Orchard Stack—our homemade cherry chicken salad layered with savory cherry chutney, smoky bourbon bacon, crisp lettuce, and fresh tomato, all stacked high between two slices of thick-cut Texas toast.
