We met in a small health spa kitchen in the San Fransisco Bay area and were married in 2002. Vicente was raised on a rural coffee farm in Guerro Mexico before moving to Mexico city. Together we spent a year in Puerto Vallarta Mx. We have tasted our way through 11 Mexican states and much of the U.S. Our food is not wet burrito smothered with tasteless yellow cheese. Our food has evolved over ten ye

ars of cooking together, it is bright and flavorful. Our Tamales contain no hydrogenated lard, shortenings or trans fats. Traditional Mexican Food is our starting point but we will bend the rules to make a recipe better. We love to mix in some American ingredients and cooking techniques. We really love what we do and it shows!

Spanglish is open til 7pm 6/19.

Tonight is the start of the Red Drive Summer Concert Series with the Luke Wolktanski band! They’ll be setting the stage up on the Village Piazza across from our tasting room from 6-8pm.

The 4-5 man show pulls from the genres of R&B, Funk, Folk and Rock music to bring a high caliber, family-friendly music experience.

This is a free community event for all ages. Bring a blanket, grab some food from Spanglish and drinks from our fellow Village neighbors, and have a good time.
