It's a sad time at the TRee House. One of our favorite customers has passed away. Mr Jimmy was one of the most encouraging, kind and loving people we have ever met. He prayed for me(Kristen) when I had brain surgery and always checked up on me to see how I was doing. He would ask how my brain was, and I'd ask how his kidneys were doing. And we both would giggle and say it's not easy, getting old is it? We prayed for each other. He worked at the downtown library when my grandfather and I went frequently.

I didn't know that the last time I saw him, would actually be the last time. Read his obituary. If you want to improve a little something about yourself, be a little more like Mr. Jimmy. He always had encouragement and a smile for you. He loved everyone just the way they were. I'm going to really miss him.

Big prayers for his family. ☮️❤️🙏

Our air conditioning died! So we have to be careful with this heat. Our hours this weekend will be 8-12noon and all food after 11:30 will be to go. We have to protect our kitchen people. Parts for our air conditioner will arrive next week. We didn't want to close completely. Thank you for your continued support! Running a small business can be really tough, but our staff and our wonderful customers make it all worthwhile. ☮️❤️☕ The shops in the Village all have air and will be open this weekend too.
