There are easier ways to make pizza. Cheaper flour. Cheaper cheese. Cheaper tomatoes. Most people would never know the difference—until they do.

That’s why we choose ingredients we’re proud to serve. Our dough starts with a special blend of flours from Central Milling and Caputo. Our sauce is made from Stanislaus tomatoes grown right here in California. We use Grande mozzarella, known throughout the pizza world for its rich flavor and quality.

None of these are shortcuts. They’re choices.

Since day one, we’ve tried to do things a little differently.

Sure, we could hand you a number and call it a day. But every order that comes through our shop gets a name instead. Why? Because we believe it’s more than just a transaction.

Getting to know our regulars by name and welcoming new customers into the fold is part of what makes this place special. We’re not interested in being strangers—we’re neighbors, locals, and a community connected by good pizza.
