Pizza toast, but make it elevated ✨🫒 Crispy sourdough, creamy burrata, juicy tomatoes, and Pearls Specialties Castelvetrano Olives for the perfect easy lunch. Save this...you'll be making it on repeat!
Ingredients:
1 slice sourdough bread
2–3 tbsp olive oil (for brushing toast)
2 tomatoes, sliced
½ cup Pearls Specialties Castelvetrano olives, sliced
1 ball burrata
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Fresh basil leaves
Instructions: Brush sourdough with olive oil and toast until golden and crisp. Layer toasted sourdough with sliced tomatoes. Add torn burrata over the top. Slice Pearls Specialties Castelvetrano Olives and scatter generously. Finish with a final drizzle of olive oil, fresh basil, and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
