We are a little short staffed this morning, and already busy so its a short post, but we wanted to make sure we wished you all a happy weekend!

Good morning and happy friday all my beautiful people! Last day before the weekend and its going to be a easy one. The good vibes are already in the air! We are already rolling steady over here, and had to deal with a little issue to start the day before we opened, so no time to make a fancy drink post. But in fairness, all of our drinks are delicious and fancy in their own way!

This is a order from earlier. It is our XL orange cranberry muffin and a LG hot nutty cloud latte. The nutty cloud is off of our September sips menu and is a peanut butter and marshmallow latte with real peanut butter lining the cup, along with marshmallow drizzle. It is topped with whip cream and mini marshmallows. The September sips menu will be leaving very soon to make way for our Fall menu, so come grab your favorites while they are still here.

And dont forget that Mr Bill Brown will be here at 8am to do a daily devotional for whoever wants/needs it. Or just come and hang out and talk with him and his wonderful wife. They are amazing people and I promise they will entertain you and uplift you. He will be doing this every Monday through Friday at 8am.

Good morning and happy friday-eve beautiful people! I hope this week has been treating you all wonderfully. Only two days left until weekend vibes kick in. And we are here at Dawn's Cafe to help get you to that weekend as smoothly as possible. Pull through and see us for all the liquid motivation that you need to conquer these last two days!

This morning, I'm having myself a nitro cold brew with a little bit of butter pecan in it. Our cold brew is always, small batch recipe, house made. Never from a bag or a box. Never from concentrate. One of a kind. Strong and bold, but still smooth and tasty. The nitro will add a little creamyness and make it even smoother while taking a little bit of the bite out of it without sacrificing any of the caffine that I desperately need!

Mr Bill Brown will also be starting his daily devotional this morning. It will take place on the front couch and he will do it from 8 until 830. Come check him out if you need a little morning inspiration. He will talk and discuss and even play a little music for you!

We also got another batch of our honey in. It is a locally sourced honey that is fda licensed and approved. It is from swamphoney.org and is also for sale in our shop. They have 2 kinds available. Their "summer" is a primarily Gallberry and saw palmetto honey with early summer flora. It is a mild, smooth taste. Very good, and if you are like me and have only ever had store bought honey, it is so much tastier and better. The "tupelo" is incredible. It has a sweet, buttery feel too it. But it has much more balanced sugars so it won't spike your levels like most honey and makes for a amazing alternative to those that need/want that. Both are available here if you want to take any home. But the Tupelo goes extremely fast, so if you want one, make sure to jump on it quick!

Good afternoon and happy humpday all my beautiful people! Today was my errand day so a little later post than usual. But that's ok, because now that its past noon, we are officially halfway through the week. Now all we gotta do is enjoy this gorgeous weather while we coast into what's definitely going to be an incredible weekend!

Decided to highlight the ice cream today, and let you all know, that the butter pecan will be heading out soon, to make way for a new seasonal one. So make sure you come enjoy some while its still here. This is just a single scoop on a waffle cone and it is so tasty, and a perfect midday treat!

Also, a reminder that tomorrow, Mr Bill Brown is starting his daily devotional for anyone that would like to attend. It is from 8-830am and he will be doing this every Mon-Fri at the same time. Any and everyone is welcome and is encouraged to check it out and start your day with a little inspiration.

Good morning and happy Tuesday beautiful people. We hope your week is starting amazing and only gets better from here! This weather definitely dont hurt the good vibes. Nothing like a brisk morning to start the day off. Now hopefully that dont turn into a muggy afternoon from here on out. Today is National coffee day, so come by and see us and fulfill your patriotic duty. Lol, jk, but seriously, come see us and let us get your day started on a positive note!

This morning is a morning of alot of paperwork-ish type stuff so I'm having a simple protein latte. No added anything, just a double shot of espresso mixed into our protein milk. Our protein milk is lactose free, ultra filtered, no added sugars, and 30 grams of protein. But the most important part is that it tastes good. No weird chalky or artificial tasting flavors or textures. We offer it in vanilla and chocolate regularly but I have a few of the strawberry from my personal stash if you request it.

Good morning and happy Monday all of my beautiful people. Welcome to the new week. I hope you all had an amazing weekend and are all refreshed and rejuvenated for what's sure to be an incredible week. Come by Dawn's Cafe and start it off right. Grab yourself a drink to help power you through the toughest day of the week. And grab yourself a little something to eat to go with it while youre here. Lots going on for us here this week, but nothing that is going to get in the way of stopping us from having the coffee that you need to make mondays tolerable.

Im actually starting my week off with one of our all natural, no added sugar, no preservatives, no added colors or dyes, natural green bean caffine extract, hydration and electrolyte providing, Refresher. I went back to my original favorite since its been awhile since I've had one. This is our starfruit, passion fruit, mango. And it is just as good as i remember. It sounds corny, but our refreshers really are very refreshing. We have lots of different flavors to choose from, so come find your favorite one!

Also, starting on Thursday this week, one of our friends, and local pastor of Cornerstone Church in Darien, Mr Bill Brown, is starting a 30 min, daily Bible devotional at 8am Mon-Friday at the couch in the front. Any and everyone is welcome to attend. No matter if you just need a little motivation, need something to uplift your spirts, are going through a hard time, just want to listen, or whatever benefit you want to get out of it. You are invited and welcome to attend. He hopes alot of you will take advantage of this, but no matter what the size, he will be here for you!

Good morning and welcome to the weekend all my beautiful people! We are already jamming up here so this is going to be a short one. But honestly, what motivation do you really need? You want coffee, Dawn's Cafe has coffee, come get coffee. And maybe a little treat. Start your weekend off on a happy note! If your looking for something to do, or want to meet some new people, there is a small group of young men up here just discussing life on the couch and they told me to let everyone know that all are welcome to join.

I'm just doing a simple, but incredible, house recipe, small batch made, cold brew this morning. With a little cold foam on top. Strong but smooth. It always gives me the boost I need to power me through the morning.

Good morning and happy friday all of my beautiful people! It is FINALLY the last day of the week, and let me tell you, its going to be a great day! I already know it. Weekend around the corner, plus a little cooler weather is gonna make for the perfect end to the week. So lets all just breeze through this final day. If you need a little help with that, stop by and see us here and let us get you the exact motivation you need to get through this last day.

As yall know, fridays around here are known as frappe fridays. And since we are locking down our fall menu, I decided to go ahead and make one into a frappe today. There is no secret that Pumpkin Spice will be on the fall menu, so i went ahead and whipped up a pumpkin spice frappe. And it came out exactly how I was hoping it would! Got to admit, I'm not the biggest pumpkin fan, but this is actually pretty darn good.

We also brewed a fresh batch of our house recipe, one of a kind, never from concentrate, never from a box or a bag, bold but smooth, Dawn's Cafe exclusive, customer favorite, never duplicated, small batch and made from scratch, Cold Brew. Yall know this goes fast and our recipe takes awhile to brew, so get it while its here!

Good morning and happy Friday-eve beautiful people! We are officially over the hump and one day away from the final day of the week. We hope this week has been incredible for you all. Our week has been busy, and fun, and productive. But we have still had time to catch up with all of yall that stopped by, no matter if you stopped to chat, or just grabbed your fuel and left. We are so thankful for how our list of regulars keeps growing and growing. This is such an amazing community and Dawn's Cafe is so honored to be a part of it.

This morning im just having myself a dirty iced chai latte. The chai is one of my favorite things we carry and is one of my go to orders when I go to other coffee shops, so its always a winner for me. Having it in my office while I do some orders and nail down the final list for our fall menu which is coming soon.

Good afternoon and happy humpday all my beautiful people. I hope this wednesday is treating you all amazingly. I had a busy morning with errands and behind the scenes stuff so I figured id do a little later post today and treat myself a little!

This is 2 scoops of our butter pecan, hand dipped ice cream, in a waffle bowl. I drizzled it in a little caramel and filled in the gaps with a little whip cream. It is delicious and exactly the treat I was looking for after a busy morning. Come see us here at Dawn's Cafe and let us treat you with something yummy for making though the hardest part of the week, and to ease you into the easy part!
