‼️Ten Years‼️
Ten years ago this week, I embarked on a journey that would lead me to my happiest life. August 22, 2026 marks Ten years owning Hillcrest Supper Club. I started as a 23 year old kid; who basically had ambition and TIME.
Over the past decade I have: met the best person of my life, my husband Jake and we had two perfect children (Penelope + Adelaide)! Shortly after meeting Jake, he had embraced this chaotic lifestyle and has fully invested himself into Hillcrest and myself🖤 Jake and I run this business everyday, whether we are open for dinner service or not, we are here. We run this business as a team and work very hands on to try and make it as successful as we can. Jake and myself find it hard to put to words what this business truly means to us🙏🏻
We have been blessed with SO many amazing staff members over the years. It’s such a privilege to be able to work side by side with some of the best people!! On that note, 👏🏻👏🏻LETS GIVE A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE STAFF THAT ALLOWS JAKE AND MYSELF TO DO WHAT WE LOVE👏🏻👏🏻 We also need to thank our customers, family, and friends for their constant support!! Everyday we show up. Everyday we need to hold our minds and bodies accountable. We need to maneuver through the good, the bad, the smiles, the frowns, the happy, the sad, the laughs, and the tears. We do it because we love it. We want to create a legacy; we’re not perfect but we’re dedicated.
