Lil' Cuban Cafe at Trillium Cove Serving home made Cuban comfort foods. Offering "Cuban Sandwiches" and a variety of other specialty sandwiches created for our guest on a daily basis.

All dishes are made in house using only the highest quality of ingredients. We also offer our favorite childhood softdrinks along with hot and cold teas and coffees. We make our coladas the way our Mom's used to make them!

Hello dear friends, we hope your summer is going great! We are currently in Florida visiting our parents who are quite elderly. We plan to be here for a few more months. They have asked us not to leave just yet and while economically it is almost impossible, we feel compelled to stay by their sides a while longer. We have missed your wonderful visits, chats, and overall goodtimes. Stay well and enjoy our beautiful Townsend, the good months are coming soon! Our love to all, Eddie and Maritza

Happy Spring Dear friends and neighbors! The flowers are sneaking in everywhere, and Townsend is just alive with the signs of spring! As most of you know Eddie and I have been away for a little bit over a year and our assignment has come to an end. We are wondering if to accept another assignment which will more than likely take us away from home again for another year....we are continuing to pray on this. We have really missed all of you and our hometown. We would love to hear from you, our friends, neighbors and patrons, about our opening up a small cafe that serves on on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Your opinion has always been valuable to us, so please share your thoughts with us on the possibility of coming back and opening a cafe. Good Morning Everyone! Having a quiet moment this morning and reflecting on our past year. It surely was an eventful one for the Perez Family. We hope that Mother's Day was beautiful for all of our friends who are Mom's and Grammy's, God Bless all of you for doing the most important job in the world! Summer is getting closer and Townsend should be hopping....don't forget to come out and enjoy the beautiful gift of nature that we have to offer.
