As we sign off with another successful season in the books, all of us at Zach and Lou’s Barbecue would like to thank everyone for your continued support. If it were not for all of you, we wouldn’t be here.

Our shutdown projects are light this year. Our sign and signpost will be getting a much-needed overhaul while we are off. The smoker is going to be worked on, and we hope to cut holes in the shipping container to run the smoker stacks straight up vs out the front door directly hitting our sign.

It will be nice to sleep past 2:34am not going to lie, so looking forward to it.
