Miyabi Uni is a Japanese fine dining restaurant concept centered around sea urchin and all the exciting ways it can be prepared. Classically trained in Japan and critically acclaimed for their work as the founding chefs behind the Maruhide Uni Club, our master chefs bring over 90 years of collective experience in Japanese fine dining and take diners on a journey of modern creations and traditional

flavors through their exploration of this traditional Japanese delicacy. On top of exclusive daily menu items, other traditional and non-traditional items will also be offered from imported oysters half shells and high-grade sushi/sashimi to Izayaka items, hand-made pastas with original Miyabi Uni sauces, and a premium selection of shabu-shabu offerings. Omakase (prix fixe menu) dining will also be available at an affordable price in which the diner will fully experience the culinary skills of our master chefs. Meals can be paired with carefully selected wines, sakes and beers from the finest wineries and breweries across the world and diners will leave with an unparalleled dining experience unlike any other.
