One of my true inspirations since I was a child. Always felt connected with the way he saw life. If you all have a spare minute, You should take a glimpse into this man's life. Breaks my heart He took the way out We all fight but is one truly amazing individual.

I'm horrible with pictures, But I got to say this dish needs some recognition.
Sauteed peppers and onions, fried potatoes, brisket, two fried eggs over easy Chipotle aioli and of course the pickled red onions.
This hands down has to be my favorite breakfast!!
We'll be serving this anytime. We're open for a farmers market or morning service.
