First, I want to send a HUGE SHOUT OUT to everyone who showed up and showed out for Boombox BBQ at the Topeka Food truck Festival! 🔥💨🍖

To everyone who tried us for the first time…THANK YOU for giving us a shot! And to all of our regular customers who keep coming back week after week for the BEST BBQ in Topeka, you guys mean everything to me.

After such an amazing turnout, I’ve got a lot of work to catch up on!!! Cleaning, restocking, making more BBQ sauce, and getting everything ready for the next round. And honestly, I’M TIRED!

I’ve worked nonstop all year as a one man show and haven’t taken any real time off. With the extreme heat this week and Labor Day Weekend here, I think it’s finally time I take a little break before kicking back into gear for Cider Days and all the other Events we have coming this Fall!!! I’m going to take a few days to rest, recharge, and get caught back up. 😎🇺🇸
