🚨 BIG NEWS FROM THE BALD GUY 🚨

Dear Friends, Family, and Loyal Guests,

After 23 years of serving this amazing community as Jim’s Family Restaurant, the time has come for something exciting…

After July 1st, Jim’s Family Restaurant in Tooele is becoming Spiro’s All Day Diner!

That’s right… after two decades of people saying:
“Who’s Jim?”
“Is Jim here today?”
“Can I talk to Jim?”
“You must be Jim!”

…I figured it was finally time to clear things up.

Spoiler Alert:
There is a Jim, my uncle, but there was only Spiros… the bald guy walking around for the last 23 years making sure your coffee stayed full and your breakfast came out hot.

Why the Change?
Because after 23 years, I thought maybe I should get at least some credit.

Also because we’re excited for a fresh new chapter, a fresh new look, and bringing even more energy, great food, and hometown hospitality to the place you already know and love.

What’s NOT Changing:
Same owner
Same friendly faces
Same homemade food
Same all-day breakfast
Same bald guy walking around checking on tables

What IS Changing:
New name
Fresh ideas
New menu additions
Updated atmosphere
More reasons to stop in hungry and create memories
