TS Fork is a unique dining experience featuring common plate cuisine. Located in a former gas station in the center of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, this restaurant is not your everyday dining restaurant. Seating is obtained by reservation only, and the weekly prix fixe menu features locally-sourced Farm-to-Fork recipes. Each guest will be greeted and seated at a table on one of two stories of the land-run e
ra building. The menu will feature an appetizer, salad, entre, and dessert course. Tea and water served from distinctive carafes are included with the meal and the night’s featured wine is offered from the bar by the glass or by the bottle. The menu will change weekly and will be posted to the website and social media prior to that week’s seating. It is our hope that this concept restaurant will become popular with the ever-growing population of foodies in Oklahoma and the surrounding area. While not suited for last minute outings, we hope that it will leave guest with an unforgettable experience and will crave return trips.
