Hi everyone!
It has certainly been a while since I have been active on my Rooster page. I do check in from time to time to read messages and take a look back to remember some of the awesome times that we had. I have been asked over these last few years whether or not I am still making empanadas and my answer is I have been so busy going back home into real estate that I just haven’t had the opportunity to do it outside of my home. What many folks do not know about me is that I was in real estate for many years on the lending side. I actually started back in the mid 90s and was involved right up until I started my empanada business in 2014.
Once Covid hit and the doors closed at the White Rooster, I made the decision to go back home to real estate. I went in as a realtor representing (REMAX) and went on to have a great welcome back in the industry.
It is now going on four years and I am really excited to announce that I am an agent with Nest Seekers International.
You may recognize some of my colleagues on BRAVO’s Million Dollar Listing, Selling the Hamptons on HBO Max, Million Dollar Beach House, etc.
I remember years ago, watching Million Dollar Listing and telling myself that this was something I would really love to do. It is just unbelievable to me now, that I am today representing the agency that is behind it all.
We are international, but the local offices that I work through are located in Rumson and Park Avenue, New York, New York.
I am still local here at the Jersey shore, still representing all of New Jersey, and if anyone is in the market to sell or buy… residential or commercial I’d love to hear from you.
From time to time folks ask me if I miss it. If I miss the empanadas, the industry, the rooster, the little shop that could.
My answer is always the same.
Life is about change and growth, and having every experience that we want to give ourselves to the fullest. Nothing is harder than the restaurant business. Nothing prepares you more for hard work than this industry. I am forever grateful for the lessons that I learned those years in the kitchen. I’ve turned a page and I really love where I have spent the last four years and I am extremely excited about what is to come. I’d love to connect with you guys and of course there will be empanadas at your open house ;)
Here are a few photos of what the last four years have been like in my new chapter. I miss you all and hope to hear from you…
Oh and I got married in between 😊🤍
