After years of Baking and being blessed with the Good Fortune of having my dream turn into a Succesful Brick and Mortar buisness in The town I live in. I am going to Publish a Book of all My Mario's Bakery Items Recipes we sold when we owned Marios Bakery Cafe.

The first 25 Books will have Bakers Bonus Secrets I learned especially catering to Higher Altitude Baking and prepping.

I would like to Give a Shout out to all the Locals, Tourists, and Visitors from around the world who walked through our doors and left with smiles on their Faces.. Our Slogan Never Faltered.
