Of course, it’s that time of year when all of our college kids head back to campus which means we will need more Servers! If you’re looking for a part-time or full-time job & you have at least 2 years experience in full-service restaurants, come on by! 🏃🏻‍♀️

Kick off your weekend at Craft with our off the menu special, Gruene Burger, our tasty tribute to the Texas Hill Country!

It begins with our special blend of burger that we grind in-house daily, then it's topped with Monterey Jack cheese, roasted fresh jalapeno pepper strips (seeds removed), our salsa verde that we make fresh in-house with tomatillos, onions, jalapenos, cilantro and lime juice and then finally drizzled with our house-made chipotle aioli sauce that we make with chipotle peppers, a little adobo sauce, lime juice and garlic, all served up on a toasted potato bun and served with your choice of side.

Shown here with our Cajun fries, because if you're gonna be spicy, go spicy all the way! Might want to pair that with a Jalapeno, Grapefruit & Passion Fruit Mocktail or a Spicy Snake Bite made with our jalapeno infused tequila, peach schnapps and lime juice or the Trail Rider Special made with jalapeno infused tequila, agave syrup, lime juice and triple sec. Just in case you don’t know, the best wedge salad around is at Craft Grill!
🥬🍅🥓🧅🥚
We call it the Waco Wedge and it’s chock-full of all the good stuff like; crisp iceberg lettuce, grape tomatoes, capers, finely chopped red onions, crumbles of bacon & blue cheese, blue cheese dressing, a drizzle of balsamic reduction sauce and one of our deviled egg halves filled with smoked gouda pimento cheese. I added some hand-breaded & flash-fried wild caught jumbo Gulf shrimp tossed in buffalo sauce for a little protein from the ocean!

Pairs well with an ice-cold Arnold Palmer (half tea, half lemonade) on a warm-ish day like today! C’mon over to Craft & experience what made from scratch Southern comfort really means!
