🥚🔥 HOWDY, SMOKERS! 🔥🥚

October 11th is World Egg Day, and around here, we figured a regular ol’ deviled egg just wasn’t gonna cut it. 😉

We took that classic deviled egg, deep-fried the white until it’s crispy and golden, filled it with that creamy, familiar yolk goodness, then piled on a piece of smoked pulled pork and finished the whole dang thing with a drizzle of our BBQ sauce. 🐖🔥

Yep… a deep-fried deviled egg with pulled pork on top. Because apparently we looked at two Southern favorites and said, “Y’all oughta meet.” 😂

Crispy. Creamy. Smoky. Saucy. A little unexpected and 100% Riverside.

Come on in, grab a plate, and get yourself acquainted with this wonderfully weird little Southern creation. We promise… this ain’t your grandma’s deviled egg. 😉

Looks like one of our hogs wandered out of the smoker and straight into the apple orchard… and boy, did he bring back something GOOD! 🐽🍏
