Important Notice Regarding Refund Requests

We have recently received a number of calls, emails, and messages regarding refunds for events and services coordinated by Golden Hicks.

If you booked directly with Golden Hicks and made payment to her, you will need to contact her directly regarding any refund requests. Unfortunately, we do not have access to those funds and are unable to process or recover payments that were made directly to her.

We understand how frustrating this situation is, and we sincerely apologize to anyone who has been affected. While we want to help, we are simply not in a position to issue refunds for transactions that were not processed through our business.
