As I drove away from the restaurant that hosted Dine With Me 5 last night I remembered a comment on my post where I bemoaning closed for the season ice cream stands. That person said Hannah's Soft Serve is open year round... Guess what was only 4 minutes from my location in the direction I was already headed, with 9 minutes left being open?

I'm kind of a stickler for good peanut butter sauce. It can make or break a peanut butter sundae for me. I timidly asked if they were still serving and if the peanut butter topping was the Reese's brand. Yes and yes.

Ladies and gentlemen... Her. Rich creamy soft serve topped with plentiful Reese's peanut butter sauce, and a touch of hot fudge. I elected to get whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry but I think next time I'll just do without because that peanut butter sundae was BANGIN. If they have hard shell chocolate and can put it on my peanut butter sundae it will be as close as I will find to my fav place that is already closed for the season.

Please check them out, I know we tend to think ice cream is only for summer but they have soft pretzels, chili dogs, walking tacos, nachos and shredded beef or chicken sandwiches. And the inside is so cute. All is not lost, ice cream lovers rejoice!
